Who am I?
My Mission
Hello there! My name is Solomon Nguyen, but my friends call me Solly. I am a 21-year-old college graduate who has been working in the real estate industry since I was 17. In my senior year of high school, I earned my real estate license and quickly began selling homes. Throughout college, I continued to sell and manage real estate, which helped pay for a significant portion of my education.
Currently, I am based in Rhode Island, where I am pursuing my broker’s license to obtain a property management license. During this process, I am leasing and selling real estate, working with a construction company, and creating content. The purpose of these blogs is to provide valuable insights to those looking to enter the real estate industry but are unsure where to start. Especially if you are young and eager to break into the industry, I plan to share the steps I took to reach my current position.
As of 2024, I have sold $6.4 million in real estate and serve as the leasing manager for 300 apartment units. I also write about my life experiences as a young adult, sharing deep conversations and reflections on life and the future. This blog is a place for me to document my thoughts and capture my journey.
If you are interested in real estate, business, enjoy deep conversations, and love to laugh, be sure to stick around. I am always open to making new friends, so follow me on my socials and feel free to reach out!
